Ran in Gardiner, MT at 5300 ft. I wanted my first run at altitude to be longer so I would force my way into it. The first and last mile were around a mile loop and the middle miles were on a hilly dirt road. First mile was 7:10 and last was 6:45. Middle miles were definitely tougher due to the terrain and it was a bit harder to catch my breath.
