Did the 300 meter 'S' shaped hill off of Honey Creek.
Last year: averaged 59-60 x 10 reps with 3 min. rest
This year: averaged 57 x 14 reps with 2:30 min. rest
Felt Grrrreeeaaaat! The legs didn't even feel tired until after about the 10th rep. It really helped get me motivated that I was starting with Zach before every rep. The weather was also perfect...70ish with no sun.
2 mile warmup then 6 mile workout with recovery and 2 mile cooldown
