Roots and Wings 10k. Got 7th. Splits were as follows.
Mile 1: 5:44
Mile 2: 6:05
Mile 3: 6:21
Mile 4: 6:06
Mile 5: 5:54
Mile 6: 6:13
Last bit: 1:03
Overall I was pretty happy and my effort was pretty even and my slow miles both had large hills. I don't think I got passed the entire race. Neal got 5th and beat me by 10 seconds.
