9x300meter hills: 54.6, 54.5, 53.8, 52.6, 52.7, 52.1, 51.8, 53.3, 55.1 with 3 minutes recovery
It was supposed to be faster than the last two weeks with the same hill.
Legs felt surprisingly great! Ran with Zach for the middle few but by the end my legs had nothing left. Very pleased with the workout.
