Notes

Up the mountain in 21:49 (7:16s) and down in 19:14 (6:25s).

I felt amazing! The first time I did this run I had to take 3 breaks to led the lactic acid recede from my legs and for oxygen to find its way into my lungs. I only stopped once, 4 minutes in, to pee and do a little extra stretching before I started the climb. I believe this is around 3 minutes faster than last time I did this run. I might make this run a part of my weekly routine to really strengthen my legs.
