2 mile warmup then a 5 min, 5 min, 3 min threshold workout with 2 minutes rest (5:40 target pace). The first segment started out around 6 but I picked it up when I realized I was slow. Second segment was right around 5:40. 3 min. segment was around 5:30 pace and felt pretty easy. Not the best workout...but it felt great to get in an actual workout especially because it felt easy the farther along in the workout I was.
