One of the hardest runs in recent memory. The wind was awful on the way back and I got very dehydrated. I stopped about 6 times to stretch, walk out a cramp, or avoid passing out. I took a hammer gel and my hand-held water bottle along, but neither seemed to make a difference. The bottle was actually very annoying to run with despite being made to run with one with ease. It's gonna suck doing long runs.
