Early start MCR Long Run with Sara and Adelheid for 5, then Sara and others for the 8.

Tired legs. Need to get back into long run shape. Right foot - not great post run, tight - might be the right ankle and tightness in my calves.

Didn't eat enough post run. Must plan better.
