Missed my run yesterday - the email went out about the job change, and the whole day was spent answering texts and messages and calls. At least I went to training so I wasn't a complete bum.

Will do six more this morning to compensate. Will probably do 4 tomorrow as well. Calf feeling okay, wearing my compression socks.
