With Steve and a new guy, Terek. Warm up one mile, 2 miles at MP, 2 miles easy. My legs were heavy the last two miles. My left hip is quite upset.
I got scheduled to work Saturday so I'm moving my long run to Sunday. On Saturday I'm going to roll and stretch my hip instead of run - it's slowly getting more and more sore - I think it needs a break.
Also, cutting out white foods and sugar for this week has already made a big difference. I just feel better. I need to remember that when I'm faced with a particularly delicious cookie/donut/pint of beer.
