KB windmill 3 x 5 x 25 lb - I think this might have been too heavy?

DA KB clean 3 x 6 x 25 lb

back squat 4 x 5 (145-150-155-160)

bracing drill 3 x 3 each position/side

SL DA deadstop RDL 3 x 7 x 50 lb (2x 25 lb KB)

chinup 8-8-6

bear plank w/KB drag 1 x 6 x 15 lb, 2 x 8 x 10 lb (15 lb didn't work well because rubber on high-friction floor = can't drag. 10 lb weight has hard plastic shell so I could drag it)

overspeed eccentric KB swing 1 x 10 x 40 lb, 2 x 10 x 50 lb (could not control 40 lb weight)

crossover carry 3 x 25 lb rack/35 lb suitcase
