Pretty good race I think. Maybe I was too cautious but I don't think so. Very turny, potholey course. I went out in 6:05/18:13/30:2x and ran a pretty good last 2k. Or, at least I think I did. I passed a lot of people and only got passed by, I think, one person after the first mile. But I felt pretty tired the whole way. Coach thinks I need more recovery. I agree. I actually had a much more positive view of the race until I got his comments but I see the wisdom in everything that he said. Fortunately I should have a break at work now.
