Tempo run by myself. I was really tired from the week, from coaching yesterday, and from leg strength so it wasn't the greatest. Stomach didn't feel great either. However I definitely screwed up by running the second mile too fast. I've got a lot of aches and tightness but I think it's all just fatigue from travel and training, not injury. My foot was sore earlier today but it felt fine on the workout. I should be fine within a few days.
