Ran quite well - did not have any breathing problems. I think I flubbed the start a bit but once I was properly engaged with the field I ran very well. Positive split by about three seconds. I spent most of the race chasing Tyler - caught him around 1.25 miles and the went right after Julia Duval, who I finished about 1-2 seconds behind.
