had to rush back home from REI & had about 10 mns to spare. ran good paced race & best 10k time in away. route went up testor road hill to hs. not an easy hill, but got to go back down & made up the time. strong finish, probably ran last mile closer to 7:30 11th OA in a small not-highly competitive race. good barometer for Seattle HM in few weeks. went for 10 mile bike ride with Rose out old Monroe/Snohomish road to lord's hill farm & back 2 hrs after race & went to gym after that. good day!!
