very dissappointing run today. pouring rain/wind but no excuse. pretty much shot by mile 4 & still had last hill to finish. not sure what happened, expected more. sides of both quads hurt near end & then tightened by time home. not enough recovery time from last race or latest track session? used accelarade during week but not on morning of race?? dystonia did not seem like any issue but was battling keeping head up. did not get into any kind of rhythm with good form. not there today.
