Skagit Valley Tulip Run 8k. Nw of Burlington near airport. 50/50 gravel path through trees, & road pavement. rolling with last 1/3 mile slight uphill grade against mod. strong side/head wind. off/on wind during race depending on direction. very nice fun course. right hamstring started tightening up at 2 miles (cold, poor warmpu?) & was more than little worried. Held up, actually got better until after race. cooldown helped. new pr. old pr 36:59
