1 lap lake tye, testor rd & back, cross over hwy to rooselvelt up the hill to day care sign (1 mile each way ) & back to Y crosswalk. rolling course with 3 good size hills including Roosevelt which starts after crossing hwy. time includes 2 stops to cross Hwy. slow going but felt pretty good/strong throughout. longest run in quite some time. have 5k with Angela this Sat. but focus for next few weeks will be on Seatle HM
