sammamish river trail=flat! except for few little inclines/declines. ran with James for 4+ did rest on own. last mile around 9:15 using mileage markers. most miles between 9:40-9:50. had few closer to 10:15 on way back. accelerade/water. longest run with new shoes. toes & ball of foot very agitated with me last 4 or 5 miles but kept going. 53 when started & close to 80 towards end of run so tried to run in shade as best as possible. next LR sunday 8/28
