new pr, skagit flats means flat! light drizzle most of race with abit harder last 3 miles, some light cross & head wind between miles 8-11 or so. not bad. right hamstring cramping between 8-11 as well, but did not get bad, kept pace, went away for last 2+ miles. keep 8 pace or just under for most of the miles, almost exact even split. last mile to finish fastest mile, good finish last 1/4 mile. knees felt great whole race, no problems at all!!!!
