Notes
1st run after trip south. felt pretty decent except both feet (balls of feet/toes) numb for periods of time. but ok. no real breathing issues. 1 lap lake tyee, testor rd, roosevelt hill to speed limit sign. no weight gain during trip but still feeling sloppy & loose around mid section. went to gym afterwards for decent little w/o. need to get back to consistency & also tighten up on nutrition.
