pacing Angela in her 1st ever race without pushing stroller. goal was 10 mn miles. hit 1st mile 9:30 & maintained through mile 2. picked up last mile & especially last 1/2 mile to finish @ 28:54 9:20 pace. Great effort on her part. lots of fun. Trish & Riley were there for support!
