very nice run on SVT cool & sunny with less traffic than expected. more people by time done of course. went up newer dirt rd for adventure & expected to see house or ?? @ top of challenging hill but road kept on going to somewhere or nowhere ?? also went up or down couple of little single track trails. went towards Fall City for 45 mns & turned around & hit those trails/road on way back. also ran on trail along river that circled back to main trail. went past Carnation park towards Duvall (north) for about 10 mns to add more time. GU before/30/60/90 mns. felt good with pace but last 10 mns slugglish. thats ok because I will finish Eugene HM alot sooner anyway. good day & run
