beautiful sunny day in between days on end of rain!
knees were ok during race, no problem at all. left knee started hurting within 10 minutes after. took some aleve 30 minutes after & knee was fine by work at 12. made it through long shift fine. will see how it feels in am. won division somehow, very surprised!! 60-69 ag winner 2+ minutes faster! aerobically not up to par, too much caffeine before? 2 1/2 cups coffee, cup of accelerade, accel get, 2 aleve before race.
