54 @ 5 64 @ 7:30 when left house 80+ when home @ 10:15 on way to 90+ again.
snoqualmie valley trail starting @ duvall. pretty equal splits out/back. breathing much better, about 4 on perceived difficulty scale. Red GTS. saw a small coyote 2x (think it was same one)
