longest run in many many years. probably 1 maybe 2 more LR & then tapering down for Portland. 3 laps Lake Tye then Testor rd out/back on the hills & then loop around town. Rose joined up last 4 miles. had some toe/feet issues but then got abit better again. light to moderate pain. should be fine using red shoes.
