with James & Patrick on sammamish river trail. out back towards woodinville. rain until last 3-4 miles. slow & enjoyable hanging out with them. good thing we went slow, low energy from not eating much last 2 days because of stomach pain;. GTS 15 need to get 1 more 13+ done in next week.
