down to Al Borlin & back up chain lake rd hill. slipping & sliding. lots of snow/ice remaining. still freezing at night so everything freezes all over again. at times ran through several inches of snow. very hard on legs, especially quads. like running on soft sand. somehow non wp cascadias kept me dry.
