very difficulty day today even with planned slow pace before picking Eugene HM training next 3 weeks. light to mod to heavy rain at times with some short periods of sunbreaks. very chilly moderate to hard wind at beginning @ Lake Tye. lake tye to lord hill river pking & 2 laps around Lake. normally start at Y crosswalk.
tough day mentally & physically. but got in the miles & time on feet. very hard week at work too. next week will be better.
