longest run since '81 or '82 knees held up. walking for few minutes at end of run & then stretching helped greatly. 58 when left house, 61 when back. weight 150.8 when first woke up. then 2 cups coffee, toast/pb 2 bananas & 30oz+ accelerade/water later- 148.0 immediately after run. 130/164 1294 K
