Overlake Hospital HM/4 miler. according to strava: 4.1 7:52 pace like these nunmbers better. ok race 80% effort considering this as more of a time trial to see where I am at before 10k Astoria Columbia River Crossing over the bridge. not too impressed-need more speed/hill workouts. nice course mostly on the river trail. maybe should not have done that bike ride the day before. 9.5 miles along woods creek rd. start a new chart for biking. ?? HM winner 61 mns !! 4:40 pace !!
