pretty much did what I wanted to do. start out slow on testor with slight negative split. and more of tempo pace 2 laps around lake (1.63 miles/lap). strong wind at start up to around roundabout before starting hill to high school. mod to hard rain right after testor rd turnaround. stopped for awhile & then light rain/wind 2 laps around lake tyee
