waiting on official time. very nice course, will do again in future! goal was to run around 8mn mile & keep hamstring intact. accomplished. before hamstring injury starting 5 weeks goal would have been 7:30 or better pace. somewhere between 5-6 mile starting feeling mild discomfort in hamstring so slowed down for abit. responded well & probably ran last 3 miles around 7:30 & with some moderate hills within those 3 miles. 2 weeks from now if hamstring improves will be looking for sub 8 pace for Bellingham Bay HM. feel confident will be able to hold same pace for 4 more miles.
