Ran with Julia this morning! It was extremely humid and there was an air quality warning that we shrugged off as silly but turned out to be pretty real! It was a tough one, but we still managed a good cruise on the way out. I had a bit of a panic heading back hence the slow down so I need to get more mentally tough in the heat
