Did long run as pace group leader for FF training program. Led 10:30 group for the first loop (8 miles, Lilac Lane) and ran with E on the second loop (Dream House Way). Pace was fairly consistent throughout with a few exceptions. Feet feel a little banged up, mostly skin issues and I'm wondering if I'm wearing the right socks. Think I'll do yoga tomorrow instead of Plyo or a make-up run.
