Notes

Ran the 8.3-mile route in reverse with an extra stretch along the canal. Took about 4 walk/water breaks. Pace was "supposed" to be 10:27 but walk breaks brought down the average pace. Seemed appropriate based on effort. Legs a bit sore from yesterday's ball workout (squats and lunges in particular).
