Notes

Worked lower body - 3 sets each of leg press, calf raises, and leg extensions. Then ran 3 miles on dreadmill. Continued with shoulder press, fly press, lat pulldown, bicep curls and tricep extensions. Didn't do full 3 sets on all exercises because I'm a weakling and I hate those machines. Something to work up to.
