Was supposed to do 5 miles including 4x800@3:59 with 400 jogs. Didn't feel like running at all this morning and dragged myself out there a bit later than I should have. Needed to be back by 7:15. Stopped after 3 intervals and did a cooldown to bring the run to 4 miles. The second interval felt the best! I really do enjoy these workouts - especially at the start of an interval and right after finishing one.
