COMMENTS: Did first Tempo run of new 10K program. Was supposed to do 1 mile warm, 1 mile cool, and 3 mi@10:30ish. Ended up doing a 10:27 overall pace, and the Tempo pace was under 10 minutes - like 9:53ish! HR was out of zone for most of the run. Cool down mile felt slow, but was still at 10:30 (if my calculations are correct). Great workout!!! Left knee hurt a little toward the end.
