Notes

Easy run gearing up for Sunday's 5K. Also still getting over a cold/sinusitis. HRM was off center at first and Hr was coming up as 40 BPM. (!) Therefore AHR might be a little low - it's probably closer to 140. Followed the run with crunches (2x20, first to center and second set alternating sides) and pushups (2x15, knees down).
