COMMENTS: Sluuuuuuuuggggggish run after 4 days off. The weekend was too busy and I couldn't seem to fit in the long run, then yesterday was an early workshop. Wanted to run in the afternoon but it didn't happen. Also I've been eating a lot of junk and am just starting my monthly cycle, so I'm up a few pounds and it might be affecting my speed. Right hip is still bothering me a bit but nothing major. Felt a little pressure in my right knee as well, but also nothing major. Supposed to do speedwork next??
