COMMENTS: Great long run! Ate banana with npb before going out, and left about 15 minutes later. Began kind of sluggish and not really wanting to go that long. Got into it after a few miles, although when I hit the canal it wasn't great knowing I still had more than half the run left! The last few miles were the best. Knee was pretty good, so was hip. Almost rolled my left ankle on the first mile but it was fine.
