Notes

Did lower then upper body after my 3-mile treadmill run. Squats, lunges, hamstring ball rolls (not sure what they're called but they work great!), leg extensions, chest press, dumbell flys, lat pulldowns, rows, lateral arm raises, shoulder presses, alternating bicep curls, simultaneous bicep curls with dumbells, tricep extensions (overhead) and tricep kickbacks. Did 1-3 sets of each exercise. Feel great!!
