6 in am w / 30min tempo in 150-156 range/ 3 in pm as recovery:
am - 2. 3 mile warmup + 2mile tempo at 152hr (3min recovery very easy, .2M) + 1 mile tempo at 153hr + .5M cool down, not as fast as wanted but eased up as hr got to 156 (my estimated LT)...new lighter Hoka Clifton shoes...very humid 72deg.
