Short pool workout after long run this morning.
50m x 2, 350m x 1 = 6:38, 200m x 1 = 3:38, 100m x 2 in 1:40/1:42
Finally got a good pattern on my breathing as I was swimming and didn't have to break out of swim stroke to get some air. Definitely getting better. Surprised the 350m time was under 7:00 and effort felt moderate. Hoping to get some additional tips soon to improve overall efficiency.
Good end to the week. Found a nickel today and 13 cents yesterday. Extremely high coinage week.
Calling it approx 22+ on the cross-training activities this week according to the formula I am using. Trying to be conservative on the equivalents but need to track the xtrng activities.
