Quick drill set then into run. Stopped for a minute at the one mile mark to do additional stretching on my gastroc mms. 5.70 miles in 42:21 with three surges of :44s/:55s/46s all at the mid-5 range during the last 1.5 miles.
Ended session with additional drill sets and LE stretching.
$$$ tally: Tues = 12 cents/ Wed = 25 cents while walking and this morning = 6 cents, all found on street during run.
