Ending the year with the CBEGM co-founder and hammer out another 10+ with a split of 2.98 in loose change.
No racing this year but felt like I got stronger as the year went on. Finished with 1,373 miles of jogging and 213+ hours of running to keep the doctor away.
Total miles logged thus far on Runningahead.com since starting = 20,755 miles. The other co-founder is knocking on the door to 30K logged miles.
Let 2024 be kind to our bodies and hopefully we can enjoy many more Sunday runs and possibly a race or two in the future.
