20 min = 3.0 miles with splits of 6:55/6:38/6:30 then 5 min easy jogging for additional .62 miles

1200 x 3 with 400m recovery jogs on osage trail.

Mile paces of 6:24/6:16/6:08 with all under control and pushing the pace down slightly with each rep.

Looked at garmin after the 1200s and realized already at 12 miles for the day. Did the last mile c/d very easy pace.
