Notes

Long intervals of 1 mile x 5 after striders and stretching.

Mile repeats of 6:23/6:19/6:26/6:23/6:21 with recovery jogs of 3:15/3:05/3:04/2:00. Began to have some typical L groin discomfort on 4th repeat so quit after 5th.

Cooldown of 3.32 in 31:35. L heelcord and L lat knee stiffened up on cooldown.

Good workout considering weather conditions and I had done no long intervals for 4 weeks. Good to get my training partner back from the DL.

Broke across the 1500 mile mark for the year. The most yearly mileage ever. About 300 more than 2009 total. Also logged another 181.5 equivalent miles on the stationary bike for some good cross-training. Final 2010 totals on Friday.
