Still tired this morning and slept in. So, end up running after work. 95 degrees but didn't feel too bad during the session.

Warmup then did 800 in 2:48 with 200 jog recovery, 800 in 2:47 with 300 jog recovery, 600 in 1:59 then 400 jog recovery then 400 in 1:20. Working on controlling pace on each 400 and maintaining smooth stride with proper turn over. Seemed to work well.

Cooldown then off to HealthPoint to use their water and towels prior to going home for a birthday supper.
